Executive Director

The Executive Director runs the Industrial Division and is the Nightingale Industries High Command representative for the NID.  They rely on their Officers to run things smoothly so they can focus on the bigger picture and coordinate with the rest of the High Command. The Executive Director’s word is only overwritten by Commander Briggs.

Director of Operations

The Director of Operations are the Division Leads. They get regular reports from Co-ordinators and focus on allocating resources, handling issues affecting the NID and looking at ways to make everything better, more efficient, and as smooth as possible for the Executive Director.

Operations Manager

Operations Managers are an Organization Officer role within the NID. They handle lower-end administrative duties, deal with minor violations, and report any situations to the Director of Operations. Delegating and recruiting fall in their area of focus.

Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisors are the second Division Officer position within the NID. Mostly delegated to monitoring training and keeping the upper ranks aware of personnel issues.

Operations Lead

Operations Leads are the first Division Officer level within the NID. Operations Leads maintain training schedules and ensure all employees under their jurisdiction uphold NID Standards of Conduct.

Senior Operators

Senior Operators are the highest enlisted position. Senior Operators keep their Operators engaged in training their employees and keep them active across the UEE

Operator II

Operator IIs are the second Enlisted rank within the NID. They lead flights of miners or salvagers.

Operator I

Operator Is are the backbone of the Industrial Division. They have passed their required certifications and are ready to work with the NID. While Operator Is are the lowest rank, they make up most of the Industrial Division.

Probationary Operator

These are the entry-level hopefuls enlisting into the NID. Yet to complete their certifications
